Meet some of the characters that Joshua, Sophie & Andrew met during their adventures. These will appear as the books are published. Warning: some are spoilers, so if you find a character, wait until you have finished the book before looking here!

Trotter

The faithful badger who bravely led the resistance forces against Hagbane's tyranny. He was also the lore-master of the Great Forest of Alamore and later was appointed Oswain's chief advisor, Lord Trotter. Trotter's father was Rufus the Strong about which there are many adventures yet untold.

Mrs Trotter

Mr Trotter's wife, whose old-world charm and wonderful hospitality conceals great wisdom and nobility. In Tergan's Lair she proves to be a formidable champion.

Aldred

Aldred the stoat was commander of Trotter's resistance fighters. Loyal and determined in spite of the overwhelming odds he heroically sacrificed his life to save Joshua, Sophie and Andrew. The site of the old clearing became known as Aldred's Park and a statue was erected in his honour.

Stiggle

Stiggle was Alred's second-in-command who took over when Aldred died. Although he found leading the little army of forest folk hard work, he proved to be very brave.
